- Take ownership of doing technical solutioning through technical discussions with partners and end customers.

- Conceptualize a solution.
- To help/complement the sales team to achieve their sales target
- Prepare / update and sharing of the specifications which can be used in RFP. Preparation of competitive charts (PPTs and Excel)
- Training to Channel/Business Partners

10. External interface and its purpose: Whom does it have to interact with externally (customers/ Govt Departments/ suppliers/ etc.) to perform his role?
