JD :  We have multiple mandates open for Mumbai, Pune and Chennai   - Lead RFX responses with appropriate solution working with various stakeholders   - Bid Management in responding to opportunities across various towers and stakeholders  - Work closely with BRM's and Client partners to understand the client requirements and bring in organization capabilities to meet the requirements  - Creation of proactive proposals working with onshore sales team  - Participate in workshops / discussions to build appropriate solutions for client requirements  - Lead and Manage client visits  - Build cost structure to derive pricing for proposals   Knowledge/Experience :   - 8+ years Experience in Commercial Banking or Wholesale Banking or Corporate Banking or Telecom or Lifesciences or Travel Domain.  - 2-3 years of experience in sales / pre-sales role Managing   - Should have experience in responding to RFP / RFI's   - Must be able to Design Solutions/ proposal design for BPS   - Lead new client migrations through close involvement in establishing new operations teams  - Should have Customer Handling Experience   Essential :  Any Domain ( mentioned above)+ Presales experience in BPS
