Presales Solutions Engineer Bangalore for EMCA & APAC Market  Responsibilities :   - Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations  - Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.  - Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs  - Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams  - Works assigned deals, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.  - Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers- met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.  - Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers- business requirements.  - Provides coaching and professional development to team member in direct sales in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.  - Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.  Requirements :   - MS or BS in engineering from an accredited institution  - Minimum six years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business segment  - Experience with Cloud technologies. Working knowledge of Web 2.0 development platform, solutions, and related technologies.  - Web application development and integration experience (REST, SOAP, J2EE, CGI/Java/ASP servlets, Python) is a plus.  - Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT Technology space.  - Hands on experience in SFDC technologies such as Apex and Visual force development is a major plus.  - Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects.  - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively combined with the ability to make decisions independently.  - Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
