Having an Urgent opening in a World Leading MNC in the PLM domain at Pune, we are looking for a Pre Sales Solutions Consultant - CAM.  POSITION SUMMARY :  - In support of sales efforts, determine business needs in product-manufacturing from customers and prospects, select appropriate suites of technology from Cos. PLM Software, mainly CAM products, and showcase compelling value-proposition through demonstrations and written proposals. Help channel partners to improve their business from Cos' CAM products.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Maintain an understanding of global manufacturing practices, industry trends and an in-depth knowledge of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) products.   - Maintain knowledge of Cos. PLM's strengths & differentiators as opposed to competitors- CAM products and articulate these clearly to the sales team and channel partners.  - Engage with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, manufacturing processes and business aspirations. Effectively communicate product capabilities, strengths and differentiators through customized presentations, demonstrations & written proposals on Cos- CAM products (and NX CAD occasionally) to address those needs   - Enable & mentor channel partners and help them during business planning, sales coaching and marketing activities to maximize their revenue from NX-CAM business.   - Educate customers on the features, functions, and business benefits of Co. PLM's CAM products and solutions.   - Manage escalations of issues from customers and interface with internal product development.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Automotive or equivalent Engineering from a recognized institute.   - Must have at least 2 years- recent experience in a tool-room environment. Prefer at least 3 to 5+ years of experience in a diverse set of industries and processes including the tool-room experience mentioned earlier.   - Expertise in NX CAM or equivalent CAM software is a must. General knowledge in NX CAD/CAM/CAE preferred.   - Experience in 5-axis Manufacturing and / or customizing CAM Post-processors shall be treated as a definite plus.   - Must have advanced level presentation skills using Microsoft Office suite, to deliver presentations for end users and senior executives.   - Must have excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.   - Open to travel extensively within India and occasionally abroad   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  - PLM Industry Knowledge   - Experience in using Teamcenter or equivalent PLM system   - Knowledge of CMM inspection practices & programming.   - Technical Presales experience in a similar environment  .
