Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibility is to write proposals and author Proposal solutions along with storyboarding the idea with the key stakeholders.

Works on Ideation outcomes/RFX requirements or proactively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers- needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.

Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm - through the Sales manager. Adapts solutions as necessary, and ensures appropriate support.

Coordinates closely with Sales, Delivery and functions including Marketing, HR and Finance to align solution design with customers- business requirements.

Watch Industry trends, drivers and advice the sales team accordingly.

Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.

Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered/advanced/won.

Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

Support Marketing teams on relevant initiatives

Manages Client Visits, end-to-end.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.

Aids in achieving growth targets for the assigned geography, Sales team or Account team (ARMs).

Maintains high internal customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Tracks on a weekly basis RFX, Visits and Presentations and other deliverables and report to the Pre Sales Head.

QUALIFICATION

Must have handled similar roles with a comparable industry

Must have a minimum of 6-8 years of Experience

Must be an Engineer ( ECE, EE preferred)

Must have very high written and presentation skills

Must be hands-on and exercise frugality

MBA in Finance and or equivalent Finance qualification preferred.

Need good leadership skills
