Presales Lead - Customer Analytics

Candidate For This Position Should Have :

- 10 + years of overall experience in deploying Customer and Marketing Analytics solutions within consumer marketing organizations - Retail, CPG, Telco, Hospitality industries

- Involved in various analytics pitches, presales, RFP responses and business development to deploy analytics consulting & solution as a service

- Exposure to Segmentation, Churn, optimization

- Experience in areas of customer lifecycle like customer acquisition, growth & retention

- Understanding of the BI and Analytics market, Customer Journey and competitive landscape

- Experience in CRM and Loyalty Management software applications

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for accelerating the sales pipeline and working with sales teams to acquire new customers

- Lead product demonstrations, customer workshops to understand requirements and articulate portfolio fitment

- Lead customer pitches, participate in pre-sales conversations, customer proposals

- Train sales & inside sales teams on product capability, competitive value proposition, and market trends

- Own go-to-market motions for Customer Analytics portfolio

- Be the product and domain Subject Matter Expert for field sales teams, develop demand generation plans and drive opportunities down the sales funnel

- Identify target markets, opportunity sizing, competitive value proposition

- Create sales assets to drive GTM solution pitches, demo scripts, battle cards, tele-sales scripts, e-mail content

- Create marketing assets to support GTM motions website content, product brochures, white papers, competitive value propositions, ROI calculators

- Lead functional consulting teams during product deployments

- Lead detailed requirements gathering and gap analysis

- Participate in product configuration, customization and user training
