We are looking for Presales (ERU) for an International BPO Operations based at at Mumbai.
Information :
CTC: 6 L – 12+L
Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any discipline with an MBA is preferable
Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience. Experience of between 3 to 8 years of which part of should be in the IT/ BPO sectors

1. Ability to Develop & Deliver on time completion of RFP and Bid related work
2. Ownership and contribution to the solution efforts and bid guidance (RFP/ RFI/ Proactive Proposals/ Demand Creation)
3. Proficient in creating & maintaining marketing/ sales collaterals/ case studies / responses for business proposals
4. Support onsite sales teams with domain capability presentations, sales pitch, roadshows and campaigns
5. Work with operations and other support units contributing to the solution effort on a timely basis
6. Strong Relationship management with internal stakeholders
7. Deliver on defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals

- Ability to communicate across with a variety of Internal Stakeholders
- High Collaboration individual
- Strong multi-tasking and organisation ability
Knowledge/Experience:
- Practical experience in Presales/ Business development /Marketing in BPO organisation
- Hands on experience in solutioning OR Have an ability/aptitude to think of Solutions
- Understanding of ERU Operations
- Understanding of Voice Operations
- Exposure to technology, tools underlying ERU operations
- Strong understanding of business requirements for outsourcing contracts
- Ability to work staggered hours and open to for temporary relocation / travel &
- Possession of valid passport (desired)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and work under pressure
- High degree of numerical and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving & documentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS office suite
