Job Description

- Business consultants, Business analysts, Pre-Sales consultants who acts as the interface among the sales, marketing & customer service people/departments ( People who understand the complete portfolio of CRM in the Telecom space with regards to the Contact Centres and elements related to it)

- Experience should be in Telecom-CRM and have end-to-end understanding of the CRM (contact centres)
