Details about the position:

Position: Pre Sales Consultant

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- BE /MBA post graduate from Tire 1 Institute with minimum of 4-8 years of experience in presales consulting

- Should have good communication skills

- Should have knowledge of the HCM - SRP global market and product offerings such as SRP, Prima, and Magna along with technologies that affect this domain & software estimation techniques and project planning, presales process and maintain compliances

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for minimum 2 full cycle hands on HCM implementation experience in any large HCM products like SAP/Oracle/ PeopleSoft

- Responsible for a track record of successful end-to-end project implementation with global implementation experience

- Responsible for client handling skills

- Responsible for handling prospect interactions such as presentations and solution workshops

- Responsible for preparing commercial offers including proposals

- Responsible for maximizing value to prospects in all communications by knowing what's critical to the prospect and optimizing costs

- Responsible for coordinating business support processes including referencing

- Responsible for Induct, Educate and support partners

- Responsible for catalog partner solutions and propose to client where appropriate

- Responsible for interact with other members in the community and draw over load support

- Responsible for suggest innovations to the business

- Responsible for making room for expertise articulation wherever possible

- Responsible for aligning / support the business by respecting business calls
