CTC: 20 L- 29 L
Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any discipline with an MBA is preferable
Years of Experience: 8+ Yrs

1. Ability to Develop & Deliver on time market research / competitor analysis/ trend analysis etc.
2. Relevant contribution to the solution efforts (RFP/ RFI/ Proactive Proposals)
3. Proficient in creating collaterals/ case studies / responses for business proposals
4. Work with operations and other support units contributing to the solution effort on a timely basis
5. Strong Relationship management with internal stakeholders
6. Deliver on defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Person Specification
- Ability to communicate across with a variety of Internal Stakeholders
Knowledge/Experience:
- Practical experience in Presales/ Business development /Marketing of verticals in scope i.e Telecom, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing
- Hands on experience in solutioning OR Have an ability/aptitude to think of Solutions
- Strong understanding of business requirements for outsourcing contracts
- Understanding of Operations would be an advantage
Competencies/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of numerical and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving & documentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS office suite
