A bid manager will ensure the smooth running of the bid for a project within the correct time and financial parameters, and manage the relationship with the client. Bid managers may work in conjunction with a bid director, and often closely with specialists in the construction and built environment industry, to create and manage the bid for a project  The candidate will be responsible to Bid Manage medium/large strategic bids  He/she shall be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the bid team and support in winning deals for the organization.  Serve as best-in-class bid management lead to the sales community  Facilitate the complete pursuit life cycle from opportunity qualification to negotiation, with complete accountability of pursuit budget  Lead from pre sales aspect in winning bids for SBU - Participate in end-to-end bid management of medium/ large deals.  He/She should have bid management experience on working on Government/PSU projects.   Ensure that the win-rate is maximized through appropriate and timely engagement of sales,commercial and subject matter experts in the bid process.  Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Marketing and Delivery organizations throughout the bid cycle.  Work along with Sales and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQs requirements for proposal content by analyzing the bid details, solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project - Co-ordinate with the business development, solution development team to understand requirement and formulate proposal accordingly as per client requirements - Ensure consistent application of the Bid Management Framework to althe assigned pursuits.  Presales/Bid Management Experience in IT/IT Infrastructure Services, Response to System Integration, Managed Services, TOS IT Infrastructure.  Preparing technical documents, commercial proposals containing options, technical and network designs, SOWs, commercials along with SA.
