Presales Architect with good experience in crafting proposals and developing estimations for large international engagements on packages - on premise and Cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities - Respond to RFPs on - on Premise and Cloud solutions - Oracle and non-Oracle packages like Workday.

Craft proposal, develop solution approach and estimation.

Prepare presentations and defend solutions

Participate in customer orals.

Competencies -

1. Should have core skills and sound experience in Presales on Cloud solutions like Workday

2. Should have implementation experience on Workday

3. Should have strong proposal writing, estimation, preparing presentations and customer interaction skills

4. Good understanding of the implementation lifecycle, methodology and engagement planning

5. Good International exposure, Continental Europe exposure preferred and should have client facing skills

Experience Profile -

- On Premise and Cloud solutions - Oracle / Workday presales and implementation

- Domain experience 2 years

- Should be proactive and have strong communication and presentation skills and experience in conducting customer workshops

Should have strong experience in preparing proposals, solution approach and estimation.

Should have very good understanding of package implementation methodologies and estimation methods
