Preper.in - Co-Founder - CTO/Tech Lead (3-7 yrs)
Education is broken and we are trying to fix it. We are a bunch of young enthusiasts who want to contribute towards education sector in this country and would like to create a great business out of it. Currently, we are working on test prep domain, mainly, UPSC, Bank PO and other post college career opportunities. We intend to enter into career planning at college and executive level. We also intend to bring in the missing spiritual education to help the working executives survive and expand in this competitive world.
We are seeking partners, co-founders for this. Looking for technical lead who are passionate about education. It is a tough field but nevertheless, it is highly rewarding at the end of the day.
A typical tech co-founder should be :
- Well versed with full-stack web development
- Is hands on in coding as well as product management
- Understand educational problems and provide feasible tech solutions to the problems
- Scalable Tech architecture
- Android and iOS mobile apps for Consumers
This role is full time in nature and requires 100% dedication of the incumbent.
There might not be any salary component attached to begin with but there would be a fair share of equity.
Prior experience in product management is preferred. Incumbent should has hands on coding skills and has experience of app/web development
