Tata Teleservices Hyderabad - Prepaid Product Manager (Usage & Revenue)
Responsible for management of usage and revenue for the prepaid mobility vertical of the Andhra Pradesh circle
1. Develop revenue plan for the circle including the profitability parameters and monitoring of key business KPIs
2. Develop product plan, getting IN configurations done and product communication and promotion
3. Competition benchmarking and roll-out of plans to counter competition offers
4. To collate, analyze and interpret behavior trends of consumption amongst various customer segments and accordingly customize product offerings. Launching of segmented offers and promoting the products to increase revenue from existing subscribers.
5. To carry out various activities to increase usage and revenues. To launch schemes for reducing zero usage customers. To conceive, design and launch appropriate products & drive customer engagement and manage base churn
6. Develop and launch trade engagement activities to increase HV product selling and increase recharge throughput / outlet
The Right Candidate:
- The candidate should be well versed in complete Acquisition, Usage and Retention for Prepaid. Excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge in data analytics. Should have a flair for the domain. An Out of Box thinker.
- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute with 3 – 6 years of experience
- Person should have an excellent analytical bent of mind. Good communication skills. Good knowledge of access, excel is mandatory.
