Identifying Potential Channel Partners :
- Completely identifying potential channel partners (Property Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensures recruitment in accordance with the business plan.
Training & Development :
- Train and motivate brokers to provide a better understanding of market/products. Monitor and review brokers performance and helping them in achieving maximum business.
Monitoring & Reviewing :
- Daily monitoring and reviewing the performance of team members on the basis of DSR.
Target Achievement :
- Meeting the customers on regular basis for achieving standards/targets. Setting up of targets for Brokers (Agents/Advisors) and reviewing their performance & consistently raising them.
