JD:   Core skill: LTE  Department Description:	India Pre-Sales team provides engineering, product/solution and project bid support to Sales team and Motorola appointed distributors across the country  - 8-10 years experience.  - Experience in Pre-Sales customer facing role working with cross-functional teams.  - Extensive technical knowledge and experience in Core and IP Networks.   - Knowledge in network engineering for 3G/4G networks and specifically LTE.  - Network Design experience with the ability to review and understand customer needs and translate into most optimized solution design.  - Understanding of LTE wireless mobile technology/standard and architecture and functional components of these systems  - LTE experience/understanding on EPC Core, Core Signaling, Backhaul, E-UTRAN, S/PGW, MME, HSS, PCRF, MIMO, UE, S1-U/S1-MME, and X2  - Working knowledge of UMTS & IMS wireless packet data networks and the core data nodes: SGW/PGW, PCRF, GGSN, RADIUS etc.  - RF Planning and knowledge of tools like PLANET, ATOLL etc is a plus  The requirement is for a systems engineering technical resource for the Pre-Sales team.   - Basically a technical experienced resource for System Design and Planning of telecom networks with LTE as a specialty area.   - He will be the technical support resource for Sales team/partners and will be responsible to work on tenders, solution design, equipment list, compliance etc.
