Pre Sales Head/Solutions Consultant - SAP (8-16 yrs)

Job Description :

SI PRE SALES is an advocate and technology consultant who serves as a liaison between our strategic partners Global Solutioning & Delivery organization and my clients's Sales teams, TAM, and Product Management.

You are a ERP and testing expert who can nurture and deepen our partner relations through on-site on-going education, identify and solve bottle necks, ensuring successful Integration of PCQ and partner's services, liaison between India and Global HQ and field operations.

Responsibilities & Main Task :

- Track pipeline, follow up and promoting opportunities.

- Assist partners resolve day-to-day pre sales challenges

- Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.

- Perform on site Demos to SI and to SI customers visiting India

- Ensure effective integration of PCQ with the SI offered services

- Highlight values and suggest methodologies and approach.

- Pre-sales trainings and continuous education

- Advocate new product features and assist Partners in the adoption

- Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients- integrations.

- Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to my clients Product management

- Walk the SI corridors-, be tuned to opportunities & challenges and communicate it effectively to the relevant BU

Skills & Qualifications :

- At least 3 years of experience as a technical account manager, enterprise software pre-sales or project manager for ERP projects

- 3 Years of experience in working with partners such as: IBM TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Mahindra etc

- English - MT Level.

- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience in a direct and indirect client-facing role

- Ability to handle high-pace sales processes and engagement with multiple strategic partners

- Experience in SAP and/or testing tools

- Customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, with the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

- Strong Business orientation and commercial thinking

- The ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment.

Matrix environment :

- Build strong relationships with internal (inbound) team members such as Sales, Support and Product management in a remote environment

Expectations :

- Work Agile. Be responsible for undertaking work across team and partner requirements

- Self-Training, Continue and evolve your technical skills (domain & product)

- Self-motivated. Work is remote to HQ and you will need to drive yourself to success

- Priority and revenue driven, focused, organized and professional
