Responsibilities :  - Achieving targeted number of training programs and number of participants  - Designation and finalization of the training calendar (Trainers, speakers) in line with the targeted programs  - Driving the diversification into new sectors and geographies  - Expanding reach through providing innovative cost effective solutions to increase penetration  - Administration and logistics for all the training programs that Prashaste undertakes for its clients which includes Pre-training, Training and Post-Training activities  - Coordination with the consultants and trainers for developing a comprehensive menu of training Modules and other collaterals including handbooks, assignments, case studies, power tools, exercises, quiz, feedback forms etc.   - Monitoring and ensuring that the Training costs are within the approved budgets  - Incorporating feedbacks from client, trainer and trainee, and developing customized & effective programs for the benefit of the clients  - Coordinating the Recruitment/Empanelment of Training Associates for various programs across the country and execution of agreements, settlement of their dues including professional fee and reimbursements  - Assisting the Senior Management in preparing the Training Need Analysis  - Ensuring profitability of each program  Desired Profile :  - Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute   - At least 3 years of experience in the field of Training Administration  - Proven multi-tasking ability  - Must have excellent negotiations and communication skills  - Excellent Oral and Written communication with pleasant disposition  - Proficient in English and Hindi  - Good in Excel and Power Point presentations  - Must be willing to travel extensively and on short notice (when required)  - Ability to work and deliver under sustained pressure
