Solutions Designer   - The Solutions designer will play a key role in designing and developing high quality, engaging content for our people and business transformation assignments. The content can range from training modules, takeaways, process notes, solutions frameworks, e-learning content etc.   - High creativity, an eye for detail and ability to quickly develop content relevant to client requirements are a must for this role.  - The career path for this role culminates in a Solutions Architect who would design and develop new high impact solutions for Prashaste  Key Responsibility Areas :  - Designing and developing content for Prashaste's people and business solutions  - Ensuring high quality deliverables to clients (in terms of look and feel, relevance, content quality and impact)  - Constantly innovating and developing new age content to be used in client engagements  - Giving direction to Prashaste's creative designs used by all teams  Job Location : Bangalore. Travel might be required for client meetings across the country  Desired Experience : 2+ years of experience in the education/ learning industry as content developer and designer  Desired Skills : High proficiency in MS Powerpoint/ Excel a must. Knowledge of a design tool (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc.) would be an advantage  Compensation details :  - Maximum fixed CTC of Rs 12 lacs per annum commensurate with experience
