Head -Learning and Development   Prashaste one of the leading business and people solutions organizations has been providing consulting and learning solutions to their clients to improve their productivity, profitability and processes.   The Head of Prashaste's learning vertical will be part of the core management team . As Head of learning, the person will lead the learning team and handle the operations including pre-training, training and post training activities, develop business, innovate the learning solutions and be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, contribution, team quality and productivity and vertical profitability. The position will report to the CEO.  Required Profile:  - MBA from tier-1 college (XLRI, IIMs, ISB, SPJain, TISS, FMS, MDI)  - Should be in the age group of 25-30 with 3 to 5 years- experience preferably in Learning and Development / HR vertical of a company or in a learning and development company, as a functional head/manager having led team/s  - Business understanding and operational experience will be an added advantage.  - Passion to create value and willingness to unlearn and learn is critical  - Commitment to deliver on time with high quality is central to the role.  - Strategic and problem solving approach with analytical mind  - Powerful verbal/written/presentation/networking skills  - Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.  Key Responsibilities:  - Design & develop new learning solutions for both business and behavioral competencies.  - Innovate the learning methods, concepts, collaterals and delivery  - Empanelment of trainers across the regions and metros  - Customer acquisition, retention, contribution and satisfaction  - New business from the existing clients.  - Standardization of learning processes, structure and collaterals.  - Adequacy and accuracy of the customer /prospect data base,   - Top line and bottom line of the L&D vertical  - Team enablement, productivity and quality  - Operations- on time delivery of Pre-training, training, and post training activities   - Strategic entry into new markets, segments and industries.  Compensation & rewards  - Annual CTC of Rs 24 lacs will have fixed and variable component   - Based on performance ESOPs will be offered after 1 year
