Strategic Sales Manager - Qikwell

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for making strategies for retention of the existing clients of Practo, Revenue closure and up-sell the various offering of Practo to the existing clients.

- Handling various activities of the project like information gathering, analyzing the information gathered, documenting the functional or business requirements.

- Responsible for market analysis, developing new markets for Practo Software business and define a Go-To-Market strategy by using data analysis tools like MS Excel, SPSS, and tableau.

- Responsible for setting aggressive goals and realistic timelines for team members and measuring the effectiveness of the deliverable of all team member.

- Responsible for using raw data to create metrics and dashboards that can measure performance and help in decision-making

- MIS - sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, maintain team trackers, win/loss analysis, payment collection trackers.

- Handling leverage sales through regular email campaigns, Online ad word management, and pre-sales support

- Product Evangelists - New Product Orientation & Roll Out of new versions/ updates; sending mailers on products

- Communicate new offerings, initiatives, upcoming promotions/ events to customers through various channels to customers and prospects at all levels

- Ensure team members adhere to company policies & objective through Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Drafted a training module for the new employees to help them understand the key business deliverable

Requirement :

- Minimum 2 years B2B/Enterprise Sales

- 18 months tenure at Practo
