Practo - Senior Executive - Social Media & Communication

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Execution:

- Ideating & executing social media campaigns.

- Creative supervision on social accounts & word about company

- Keeping a tab on competition & adhering to the best benchmarks of the world in terms of copy & execution.

- Self-proficient in executing media campaigns on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and other social channels.

- Identifying trends and opportunities to leverage social media for brands advantage.

Online Reputation Management:

- Monitoring social pages - Facebook, Twitter, Google Alerts for Practo's mentions.

- Replying to queries and comments on social media on time to time basis.

- Responding to queries on external websites likes social forums, Quora, play store etc.

Desired Skill Set:

- Person who has zest to learn and to do more than is required.

- A sense of ownership from ideation to execution.

- Self-starter and quick learner.

- Hands on experience with tools like Radian6, Freshdesk is a plus.

- Good copywriting skills is a big plus

- Experience working with social media agencies is preferred

Experience & Education;

- 3 years of experience in social media and communications

- MBA / Mass Communications Major with digital media background is preferred.

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
