Country Head of Operations  Practo is taking global its mission of enhancing health through technology. We are building an International Expansion team to take Practo's suite of innovative B2B and B2C solutions to doctors and consumers worldwide. We are looking for leaders to join our International Leadership Program, which will prepare them for international assignments.   Participants in the International Leadership Program will work on various cross-functional projects across Operations and Sales in India for 3-12 months before relocating to a new country in a Country Head of Operations role.   Role:  - You will be responsible for ensuring great experience of consumers on Practo website.   - You will do that by creating timely, accurate, relevant content on www.practo.com that will enable consumers to make right choices. You will also set up and run the Patient experience Operations team to give consumers a seamless experience with Practo.  What you will do / be responsible for:  - Understand local conditions territory size, transportation modes, doctor concentration and other factors.   - Understand our products in detail and work towards constant improvements of website content.  - Build a Content team who will achieve targets on collection, enrichment and activation of doctor profiles.   - Drive recruitment and training of Content team.  - Set up Patient experience Operations team.   - Create Practo's processes of collecting, curating and updating doctor profiles.  - Drive new market launches and make sure Content processes in these markets are set.  What you must be:  - A self-starter : you don't fold under pressure, in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.  - A problem-solver : you can navigate obstacles on the fly in a thoughtful and logical way, you get things done fast in a scrappy way.  - An excellent sales person & manager - comfortable with identifying and closing leads, managing end-to-end client relationships, motivating sales team.  - An energetic leader able to attract and retain A+ players.   - Passionate about Practo's mission to improve health through technology : you give it your all because you believe in the impact of your work on consumers and doctors.   - A person of high integrity.
