Practo - City Sales Manager (1-5 yrs)

City Sales Manager:

- As a city sales manager you will be responsible for the overall financial health of your city in terms of driving ad sales through a team of 25+ dedicated sales warriors.

- The job would require you to keep pace with the enthusiasm of your team and the targets of your region. A typical day at work will be filled with leading sales huddle, giving gyan and number crunching. Given that Practo.com is growing at an astronomic pace across the earth, the opportunities that await you are innumerable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage a Team of 25+Sales Warriors.

- Own, manage and drive the sales target of the city (New Accounts & Renewals)

- Sales process implementation and ownership.

- Should come up with ideas and strategies to hit target consistently.

- Sales force Training and Development.

- Adoption of Practo's Product in the City.

- Ensure team is highly motivated & in the best spirit of performance.

Requirements:

- Education from Premier Institution.

- 2+ years of work experience. Relevant experience in Ad sales is a bonus!

- Motivating leader with excellent track record of past sales achievements.

- Familiarity with the geography of the location applied for.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

- Should be comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.

- Very high ethical standards.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.

- Keen observer of market conditions & sales influencing factors.

- You will be working with an incredible team of smart & supportive people, driven by an unknown force to change things for the better.
