Practice Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM)  Role and Responsibilities:  Tech Mahindra is building OCM consulting practice focused on managing behavioral/human side of change in relation to any change or transformation programs undertaken by organizations. The practice manager will be responsible for building the consulting practice as well as leading execution of OCM consulting projects (in the initial years). He/she will be responsible to develop OCM methodology for IT outsourcing, ERP implementation, restructuring, M&A, any IT systems implementation program; hire skilled OCM consultants into the team and managing their performance, utilization and project delivery; Build sales and marketing collaterals; Responding to RFPs, RFI and developing proposals to clients; Work with the consulting business unit head and Tech M sales force, account managers to proactively sell the service offerings to the new and existing clients; Work with the marketing and sales teams to proactively pitch-in with OCM consulting offerings. Build differentiated offerings addressing client challenges; P&L ownership for the practice in future;  Experience:  - Total 15+ years of experience with atleast 10 years of experience of working as change management consultant  - Must have worked with clients in US and/or Europe  - Must have exposure and project experience in ERP, Business Process Reengineering, IT Systems implementation programs  - Atleast 2 full-cycle projects of working as Change management consultant  - Project Management and PMO experience is a Plus  - Ability to travel upto 75%   - Willing to relocate for short-term consulting projects  - Experience in presales, sales, client facing roles specific to OCM  Skills:  - Leadership skills  - Specialization in Org. change management (MUST)  - Consultative selling  - Presales  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Ability to develop proposals and presentations  - Exceptional facilitation skills  - Ability to face senior client executives  Contact - anamika.49@gmail.com  Anamika Sharma
