Responsibilities :  - Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures   - Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance   - Supervision of Financial Analyst(s)   - Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools   - Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis   - Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports   - Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies   - Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives   - Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes   - Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis   - Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team   Desired Attributes :   - MBA from a premier management institute only, majoring in Finance   - Excellent academic track record   - Excellent analytical, excel and presentation skills   - Ability to work with people across cultures, time zones and geographies   - Proactive and willing to learn and work at grass-root level   - Zero to one year of work-ex post MBA   - One to two years of work-ex prior to MBA preferred.
