Customer Communication Management Practice Leader – Job Description
Job Description:
An End to End Practice Management Role which includes Market Facing to ensuring Successful Delivery of Projects for the CCM Practice for Wipro. Is Responsible for the overall Health and Growth of the Practice. Responsibilities include:
- Go-To-Market
- Sales Force enablement
- Solution Design
- Consulting
- Initiating and Leveraging Alliances
- Planning
- Service Offering Identification and Nurturing
- Overall Operations Management – Recruitment, Resourcing, Resource Management
- Delivery and overall Relationship Management with Customers – Internal and External
Should have the ability to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders and run with a business plan. The Practice Leader should have had the experience of converting new ideas into viable business units.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Customer Communication Management Practice
- Responsible for Strategy and Operations of the business unit
- Ability to interact and motivate the sales teams across the globe and explore possible of tie up with alliance partners
- Responsible for GoTo market activities including regular sales updates
- Manage planning and implementation of delivery activities and manage team dynamics
- Generating and sharing reports/dashboard on regular basis
- Ensure that customer has an integrated view of the overall delivery, implementation and enhancement of services according to contractual documents and SLAs
- Manage operational and program level risks and issues
Key Competencies
- Very Strong Understanding of the Customer Communication Space and its relation to ECM and Portals
- Exposure to products such as HP Exstream, Thunderhead, Adobe LC, StreamServe, Papyrus etc
- Proven Consulting and Solution Design Skills
- Very Strong Business and Process Analysis Skills
- Pre-Sales Background essential
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- A go-getter attitude. Converting challenges into opportunities. Ability to navigate across hurdles and work across sales and business units
- Having a creative bent of mind and ability to innovate and seek alternate approach to customer business problems
- Should have excellent communication, negotiation, team management and customer interaction skills
- Should demonstrate strategic, business & people leadership skills
