Role Description:  - Competency development on various data visualization tools   - Define Frameworks, Solution & Service around data visualization   - Pre-sales- custom solutioning, using the data visualization tools & technology   - Solution Consulting around data visualization   - Manage team of data visualization consultants   - Mentor & train teams as and when required   - Work with Sales teams in developing GTM content   - Work with delivery teams for staffing & fulfilment needs   Skills:  - Over 12 years of IT experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics   - Experience and knowledge with one or multiple data visualization tools like ; Tableau, Qlikview, TiBCO SpotFire, SAP Lumira, SAP XCelsius, Google Refine & Fusion Tables etc.   - Experience in architecting BI & Dashboards solutions using any one of the above said tools   - Experience in managing centre of excellence / practice for Business Intelligence tools   - Experience in defining solutions & frameworks with BI or Data Visualization tools   - Knowledge on D3JS (Data Driven Document Java Script) will be added advantage  - Knowledge of advance analytics & statistics model will be added advantage   - Experience in managing team of consultants / architects   - Experience with data warehouse, Business Intelligence concepts is an essential
