Practice Lead - Peoplesoft (12-15 yrs)
One of the Top 10 IT Companies in India requires Peoplesoft Practice Lead to be located in Bangalore
Revenue Growth:
- Responsible for shoring up revenues by working closely with the Market Units
- Pursue passionately new logo acquisition, cross-sell & up-sell
Strategy:
- Drive the PeopleSoft Portfolio strategy & roadmap
- Build POA based on the strategy
- Re-invent the portfolio based on market trends & based on feedbacks
Pre-Sales & Solutioning:
- Manage PeopleSoft presales cycle - solutioning, estimation, walk through with internal quality teams
- Customer presentations, product demos, solution walk through
- Contribute & manage - collaterals, white papers etc.
Delivery Management:
- Manage e2e delivery associated with PeopleSoft portfolio
- Manage the bottom line associated with delivery
- Liaison with internal & external stakeholders
- Drive & establish Quality benchmarks
- Strive to move up the value chain by consistently driving & institutionalizing services based thinking
SME:
- Leverage the PeopleSoft know-how to guide accounts/customers on the business application & technology standpoint
- Bring forth though leadership to accounts on process & application front
Innovation:
- Identify & drive innovations both from a business & technology perspective
- Continuously look at opportunities to innovate either in presales or delivery
