Service transition from on premise solution to Cloud solutions or Hybrid solutions.   - Design and Implementation experience in different technologies like Microsoft Windows Platform, Exchange Servers, SCCM, SCOM, Forefront, DPM, OCS, Lync, SharePoint, Virtualization, Unified Communication, Office 365, etc.  - 5+ Years of experience in leading large team  - Practical experience of Service Management Transition or Service Transition  - ITIL V3 certified with strong ITIL knowledge and experience.  - Possess skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques  - Experience in designing and implementing new service offerings  - Articulate and convince senior management on the benefits of new service offerings and execution plan  - Conduct POCs and build capability on new technologies and service offerings  - Maintain service catalogue and ensure that all information within the service catalogue is accurate and up-to-date.  - Work with Business development and Sales team to build solutions for global customers.  - Respond to RFPs and RFIs and present solution to the customers  - Good understanding about LAN, WAN, Network devices like Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.  - Strong Analytical and problem solving methods  - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills  - Excellent documentation and written communication skills  - Self motivated and tenacious when addressing complex technical issues  - Project Management knowledge and experience would be an added advantage  For details Call 9810069251
