Practice Head/VP - Healthcare Process - BPO

This opportunity is for a Key Leadership Role for a reputed BPO client in the Presales Gamut.Would be supported by a team of 3-5 leaders.

Be the thought leaders, market facing . Active role in driving growth, and building capability.

The incumbent would be responsible for improving and expanding the current Healthcare processes within the organisation

Would actively engage in tapping potential customers, prospecting

As an SME, pitch for new business

Participate/Drive improvement initiatives along with bridging process gaps

Industry benchmarking, Market Intelligence, driving best practice

Should have worked on the entire spectrum of healthcare clinicle Coding, Payment adjustment, Claims

Desired Profile

Preferably a Doctor/Pharma background though not mandatory. Provider side, knowledge of US markets essential.

10+yrs in Healthcare, 5 yrs either Ops, solutions or BE. Have deep domain experience in Clinical, Coding, Payment Integrity, Provider A/r (RCM), end-end claims, Quality and Risk Adjustment

Solutions Architect - 5+ yrs in Healthcare, in Ops/Solutions/BE, Analyst

Excellent communications skills and strong and indepth knowledge in US Healthcare, Proactive in identifying gaps in the process and work on fixing these opportunities.
