Client Details :

Our client is a leading MNC in the consulting domain. They are currently looking for a Senior Talent Management professional with minimum 15+ years of experience to lead their Talent Management and Leadership Development vertical.Please note that this role will drive a business development target as well.

Job Description :

Reporting into the India MD you will be responsible for :

- Design and deliver interventions in the Talent Management domain with focus on Leadership Development

Leadership responsibilities : Focus on growing the practice by ensuring the right strategies and actions are in place. Meeting clients,understanding the talent needs and designing interventions accordingly

Engagement Management : Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, manage account receivables, define deliverable content, ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client/ client team

Business Development : Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.

People Development : Performs role of counsellor and coach, provides input and guidance to consultants in designing Talent Management interventions

Profile :

As a successful candidate you should have :

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Talent Management with focus on Leadership Development

- You should have a background in consulting

- Open to Business development

- Excellent stakeholder management
