Looking for a Practice head for a Reputed MNC having offices across the globe.
Role –Practice Head
Location – Mumbai or Bangalore
Experience –Minimum 10 years on Infrastructure Management services
Domain –IT
Qualification : BE/Btech, Mtech, MBA only
Responsibilities –
- 10+ Years; preferably in servicing customers in USA/Europe; at least last two years as a senior server team member working on change projects, consolidation, client assessments etc
- Assess client environments and advice them on possibilities of use of latest technologies and practices such as consolidation, virtualization, use of new technology
- Keep abreast of server/ storage technology evolution; define possible impact on client environments and our services; create new services based on technology evolution and contemporary business environment.
- To pro-actively assist with the redeployment of resources to challenging billable assignments in emerging technologies as well as training other resources in the same to maximize the revenue earning capacity of the IMS BU.
- Communicate with the Customer CIO's to understand their requirement and come out with the solution for the same.
Role & Responsibilities
- Planning talent requirements for IMS Network /Microsoft Practice in consultation with the Practice head for different functional and operational areas supporting the strategic goals and capabilities enhancement objectives of the BU / Organization.
