Location : Mumbai / Chennai

Role : The practice head of the Business unit helps to lead the growth and management of all facets of the business.

- This requires demonstrating thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership in of the core domains; Transformation Services and Managed Services for IOT (Internet of Things), HLS, understanding of IOT Gateways, Service offerings around IOT's. Expectation from this role is to build the IOT practice, alliances, GTM (Go to Market) strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions.

Job Description :

Marketing and Sales :

- Work with global solutions teams and across local geographies to provide necessary practice support to drive deals.

- Provide demonstration of companies credentials in the core IOT Infrastructure domains.

- Work closely with the other BU developing IOT gateway / platform and design service offering. Work with global and local solution design teams in developing client presentations, RFP responses and SOWs

- Provide / Build a focal point for geographies to help understand capabilities, offerings, client references

- Become a recognized thought leader in the IOT domains, utilizing conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of Companies credentials

- Be accountable for driving the revenue in the Geographies.

Delivery :

- Working with global and local teams, help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery

- Participate in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity and geography needs

- Participate in Project Governance as an when required

- Establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Software Defined Infrastructure Services portfolio.

- Business visibility to manage the utilization of the resources.

Practice :

- Provide global practice leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement

- Contribute content and advice to the offering development process

- Help shape the emerging model of the Global IOT and verticalized solutions management practice

- Create service accelerators and differentiators for the practice

People :

- Help establish capability and skills models for the core domain

- Become a role model for global practitioners in the core domain

- Mentor team of professionals and create an effective practice structure that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions

- Help build the COE around identified technologies

- Work with partners and training schools, content creations/validations, build Labs and an effective pipeline for various business units

Experience Required :

- Required at least 10 years- experience in consulting and systems integration in a top tier professional services firm

- At least 16+ years- experience working in projects related to the Infrastructure domain

- Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions.

- Extensive Travelling.

- Customer onboarding and long term account management

- Good overall understanding of IT infrastructure design, IT operations, IOT connecting topology and protocol's will be added advantage.

- Experience in maturing independent programs and delivering them, independently.
