Job Description:
- Responsibility includes building and taking the digital platform to market.
- Responsibilities include goto-market, sales, planning, product delivery and relationship management with customers and executive steering committee members.
- Should have the ability to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders and run with a business plan.
- The director should have had the experience of converting new ideas into viable business units.
- The Digital Practice Head has overall responsibility for Sales, Solution Definition, Cost, and Release Schedule and run the business in the space for social media, digital communication, mobile and marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the business group in the space of digital marketing.
- Responsible for business plan including development & sales.
- Ability to interact with sales teams across the globe and explore possible of tie up with alliance partners.
- Responsible for goto market activities including regular sales updates
- Manage planning, release and implementation of delivery activities and manage team dynamics.
- Generating and sharing reports/dashboard on regular basis.
- Ensure that customer has an integrated view of the overall delivery, implementation and enhancement of services according to contractual documents and SLAs
- Manage operational and program level risks and issues
Key Competencies
- Having a creative bent of mind and ability to innovate and seek alternate approached to customer business problems
- A go-getter attitude. Converting challenges into opportunities. Ability to navigate across hurdles and work across sales and business units
- 14+ years expertise in digital communications and strategies. Including social, mobile and web strategies for customer problems
- 5+ years experience in sentiment analysis, web analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Exposure to products such as Unica, Lithium, Radient 6 etc
- Having more than 5 years of experience is product management and solution roll-outs
- Experience in building products in the digital marketing space and taking it to market would be an added plus.
- Should have excellent communication, negotiation, team management and customer interaction skills
- Should demonstrate strategic, business & people leadership skills
