A recognized Executive Search and Selection firm. We specialize in Middle and Senior Level positions across domains. Our clients are amongst some of the most recognized names in their respective domains across the Globe. At this point of time we have been given a Mandate from our clients for hiring a few " Practice Head / COE Manager - SalesForce " for their organization.

Our Client is a leading Finance Insurance Consulting Organization across the globe. This requirement is for their India IT Center which caters to all group organizations globally.

These are Permanent positions based in Mumbai. They have multiple positions open and needs to be closed immediately.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Have a Good Educational Background

- Have around 10 to 22 years of total experience in Software Development Experience

- Have atleast 5 years of experience on SalesForce product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com etc)

- Have extensive experience in Delivery, Integration and Implementation Experience and worked on Global CRM.

- Has worked on setting Large NOE (Network of Excellence)

- Have some certification on Salesforce

- Have experience in managing Salesforce implementations and Force.com development

- Have good experience in managing Team

- Have Good Communication & Strong Analytical Skills

- Be Ready to relocate to Mumbai
