Practice Head - Cloud & Data Center - Infrastructure (15-20 yrs)
Role Overview:
The position will provide strong leadership and vision to the Cloud and Data Center Services offerings.
The person will work closely with customers, and other stakeholders to identify the need and create the service offerings. Will holds primary accountability for execution of strategy, customer relationships and business performance for the Service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, develop and grow the Cloud and Data Center practice globally
- Identifying market potential, research on industry trends and global standards.
- Create the Practice offerings and solutions in line with the customer / market needs.
- Prepare short term and long term business plans and Go To Market Strategies.
- Accountable for generating business along with the Sales team, ensuring operating margins and profitability.
- Support the delivery team in building capabilities, project delivery.
- Build and nurture the practice team
Education Required
- B Tech & MBA from premier institutes
Experience
15-20 years of related experience in sales/marketing/delivery of Tech Infrastructure Services
Desired Skills and Experience
- Entrepreneurial and a self-driven professional
- Strong Technology understanding with good Business and financial acumen
- Strong Leadership and People Management skills
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Delivery of Tech Infrastructure Services
- Proven track record of business growth
- Strategic Alliances Management - Strong Relationship management skills
- Strategic vision and planning capabilities
- Results oriented and good decision making skills.
