Position : Manager/Sr. Manager – Postpaid Sales

Function : Sales

Location : Mumbai(East)

Salary: Open

Purpose :

To develop and drive postpaid sales channel and ensure customer acquisition and building IDEA market share thru aggressively targeting new customers on post paid with constant focus on quality acquisitions through innovative market penetration strategies and effective channel construct. Implement robust systems and processes to support post paid sales.

Job Responsibilities :

- Acquire Targeted number of postpaid customer in the assigned area through franchisee & DSAs.

- Implement the Post-paid selling processes and related MIS

- Lead, train, motivate TSM¿s to achieve business targets.

- Support zonal sales head for post-paid business.

- Monitor and ensure minimum performance levels across all channels.

- Develop alternate channels to achieve targets.

- Drive the FOS productivity by effective recruitment, training and review process.

- Provide feedbacks from the market for the sales channel compensation at the zonal level Ensure targeted productivity norms for the channel.
