About Us

We, PostersTalk.com, is an Traditional media advertising technology platform which is a marketplace to bring in both Advertisers and Vendors under one roof. This will provide smart, instant and effective advertising solution to the marketers, along with monitoring and measurement services. This will help out in solving the major pain point for Small scale companies to find multiple medias across the city and expand their brands reach within their budgets.

PostersTalk.com is a revenue generating start up and The Founding team are Alumnus of NITIE-Mumbai and IMT Ghaziabad.

About the role -

You will head the B2B sales division and will need to manage the complete P&L. You will be responsible for bringing revenue to the firm.

1. Generating leads and converting them into sales.

2. Client on-boarding, education and relationship management.

3. Handling negotiation and contracts.

4. Competitive pricing of the portfolio products.

5. Marketing to clients.

6. Taking feedback from consumer team and adjusting the portfolio accordingly.

7. Managing payments from the clients.

8. Post Sales account management.

During the expansion stage, you will need to build and manage a high-performance sales team.

Skills and qualifications -

1. Must have prior experience in B2B marketing.

2. Must have the skills to try on different communication channels to reach out to potential customers (CMO- s/Agencies/Business Owners)

3. Must have passion and relentless drive for sales.

4. Excellent verbal and negotiation skills.

5. Extensive knowledge of both online and offline marketing. (adwords, adsense, banner and other ads, hoardings, coupons, event management, other outdoor advertising etc)

MBA marketing will be preferred.

Compensation :

As it is a bootstrapped startup, only vested sweat equity based compensation will be available, until we get funded/go in green. The candidate should therefore be able to sustain himself for at least a year (to be on a safer side).
