PFA the JD below.   Private Banking USA  Job Description :  Business Title : Positive Revenue Booking Operations Specialist  GENERAL SUMMARY :  Process and reconcile internal revenue postings to the general ledger for Lending and Deposits, mutual fund fees, advisory solutions, Alternative Investments.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Process fees and commissions for Lending and Deposits, mutual fund fees, advisory solutions, Alternative Investments.  - Files are received weekly, monthly and quarterly.  - Reconcile revenue booking issues.  - Liaise between the internal PB USA sales support, and processing.  - Communicating on a daily basis with RMs on fees paid and to be paid  - Providing ad-hoc as well as canned reports and summaries of fees paid to RM’s, new client calculations, etc.  QUALIFICATIONS :  - Applicant must have a strong operational background with knowledge of revenue booking and reconciliation. Good quantitative, qualitative, and organizational skills. Ability to handle heavy work loads while remaining focused in fast paced team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   - Assure adherence to internal compliance policies and procedures and record keeping requirements  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :  - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance required. 3-5 years professional experienced in brokerage operations.  BUSINESS COMPETENCIES :  - Knowledge of brokerage operations and processing  - Ability to interface with all levels of Management  - Ability to work independently  - Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills  - Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high-stress, high-pressure environment  - Exceptional written, verbal communication   - Familiarity with clearing/settlement systems.
