Position: Product Manager  Location : Delhi  Website: www.posist.com  POSist is the leading cloud based Restaurant Technology Platform working on solving a lot of challenges faced by Restaurant Industry across the globe.  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities  - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research.  - Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.  - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.  - Identifying and presenting innovative and creative product solutions.  - Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.  - Identifying the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.  - Displaying a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.  - Leading the development, approval, training, and communication of new products/product changes and their associated customer, operational, system, & process impacts to the various internal organizations.  - Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them in order to reduce failure rates and increase usage based on analytics data and good understanding of customer needs.  - Work closely with business stakeholders to help define the product strategy that meets the external & internal customers needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.  - Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features.   - Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.  - In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing.  - Designing market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.  Required Skills :  - B.Tech / BE or related technical field is ideal.  - Prior Product Management experience  - Experience creating and wireframing user interfaces and flows  - Strong product sense with an ability to envision technology that delights and inspires users  - Ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with attention to detail  - Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results   - A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to get high-quality projects done quickly   - Interest in product management and development with a data-centric approach   - Excellent communications skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written, and at a level suitable for a variety of audiences   - Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach  Compensation : No bar for deserving candidate
