Location : Hauz Khas Village The ideal candidate should have : - 5-8 years of HR experience in a high growth startup or from a leading organisation . Person should be an MBA in HR stream from a good management institute. Job Description : - Implementing and drafting HR policies for the organisation. - Setting up the yearly performance appraisal process, KPI parameters and JDs in place for all the existing and new hires in Popxo. - Leading the salary benchmarking exercise for existing employees and setting up the salaries budgets (basis industry trends) for all new hires. - Working closely with management to review the salary budgets, attrition and new joinings. - Preparing all relevant management reports i.e. movement in salary, Variance from budgets, updating organisation charts etc. - Giving monthly payroll input to Payroll vendor and getting the payroll processed from Finance team Apart from above, HR manager will be responsible for basic HR function which includes following but not limited to the following : - Preparing employee contracts, confirmation letters for employees and consultants. - Exit and joining formalities for all employees, interns, consultants working out of the office - Managing employee attendance and ensuring leave records are kept updated on the HR portal. - Coordination with team leads and recruitment consultants of all hiring taking place at POPxo. - Ensuring all Labour Law Compliances are filed and upto date as per deadlines. - Maintaining employee related records and filing of the same. - Ensuring all EPF paperwork is completed and filed. - Point of escalation for issues relating to office management.
