Job Title - Senior Staff Engineer

Location - Hyderabad

Experience - 12 - 15 years

Job Description :

- As a Senior Staff Engineer, the mission would be to lead teams in defining, designing, and implementing software systems in a variety of technologies

- Foster an innovation culture in the team; groom engineers and work towards solutions to complex problems.

- Partner with an Engineering Manager, to ensure the technical quality of whatever we build & develop is elegant, practical, efficient and otherwise technically excellent

- We look for engineers who have solid fundamental systems architecture skills with proficiency in Object oriented programming language and who are excellent at picking up new technologies.

- Work in an agile development Scrum environment.

Essential Duties :

- Define architecture and technical vision for the product in collaboration with the product owner.

- Create detailed technical specifications and technical plans for UC (Unified Communication) product and platforms.

- Working with other parts of the organization to define product requirements and translating them into detailed technical designs of object oriented software modules

- Estimating design and development tasks And Creating detailed plans for software development schedule

- Reviewing and adding to unit and integration testing scripts while ensuring full unit testing, integration testing, and tuning of software

- Performing design and coding reviews

Qualifications/Education :

- Masters/Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Min. 12-15 years of software development experience

- Excellent knowledge in OOAD, OO & design patterns

- Deep understanding of end-to-end architecture. Ability to provide scope and solution approach to business problems independently.

- Hands-on and proficient in C++, Java on embedded platforms. (Android & Linux based platforms)

- Experience working on software solutions deployed on heterogenous systems

- Good understanding of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols

- Understanding in cryptographic libraries, Public Key Infrastructure and Key management
