We are thought leaders when it comes to the insurance sector and we look forward to having future leaders join us in our mission.  Job Description: The Mobile Product Manager is responsible for identifying, defining, and designing solutions to improve the customer experience on mobile channels across all business lines  Job Responsibilities:  - Define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for mobile   - Determine and define the functional scope of projects that introduce new features and functionality and/or improve upon existing features and functionality for mobile channel   - To create supporting user stories, use cases, documents and specifications for the projects   - Work closely with Tech Managers to ensure that projects are proceeding according to schedule and meeting functional and design specifications.   - Participate in Design, Development, Quality Assurance, and UAT cycles and sign off on all development projects before “go live” implementation.  - Identify and solicit internal recommendations for mobile improvement and incorporate in discussions regarding product roadmap.   - Manage stakeholder communication (internal and external).  - Build relationships and act as liaison between product managers (Website), tech managers, Design, QA and management groups to reach consensus on specifications for new mobile features and functionality.  - Research and recommend “best practices” based on competitive analysis for mobile development projects.   - Lead A/B testing and usability study  - Measure and track project performance and provide the organization with post-launch results analysis.  Desired Skills and experience  - MBA + Engg. (Top 15 MBA college or premier colleges)   - 2+ years of pre-MBA Software development experience will be preferred  - 4+ years of post MBA experience in product management (website or/and Mobile)  - 2+ years experience in e-commerce environments, mobile experience a plus  - 2+ years experience in creating scope documents, functional business requirement specs and use cases  - 2 or more years experience in user acceptance testing (UAT), usability testing, and A/B testing  - Extensive understanding of retail ecommerce landscape, including “best practice” features and functionality.  - Ability to develop business requirement documents/ specifications and use cases  - Understanding of software development life cycle process and software testing methodologies  - Understanding of A/B testing design and execution  - Understanding of web technology fundamentals  - Strong communication (verbal, written & presentation), interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills  - Self-motivated, resourceful and creative mindset  - Systematic and organized methodology  - Keen attention to details  - Consensus builder and team player.  Candidates from Delhi/NCR should only apply.
