Policy Manager - Risk Management - Rural Retail (4-9 yrs)
Job responsibilities
- To define credit policy n process for Retail Agri products like Kisan Credit Card, Agri Term Loan and allied agriculture lending
- To engage with business, underwriting, operations, legal and other internal stakeholders to review/revise process & policies
- To constantly benchmark policy/process with competition
- Portfolio monitoring and reporting to internal stakeholders
- To review program triggers & ensure renewal product program on regular basis
Experience/skills required
- Should have 5-8 yrs of exp in Agri Finance/KCC product/policy/credit underwriting
- Preferably agriculture graduate as one of the academic qualifications
- Good inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of rural lending space, competition
