Performance Management Process- Create a culture of high performance through a robust performance management system by driving end to end Performance management process.

Execute division specific performance management framework, initiatives and appraisal cycles.

Facilitate goal setting, performance dialogue workshops, review/feedback discussions.

Post appraisal conducts and reviews the status of the PIP cases in order to ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance.

Ensure cascading of goals from Top to bottom to ensure consistency in stretch and clarity of responsibilities across roles.

Establish the mid-year and end-year review and feedback process to ensure consistency and standardization of processes.

Design and implement goal audit framework to ensure SMART goal setting.

Liaison with the Training CoE to design manager capability building programs to increase the effectiveness of the performance management system

Research, implement, administer and execute various C&B plans by co-coordinating with various stakeholders to gather recommendation for specific HR programs.

Effective execution of various C&B program plan by co-coordinating with various stakeholders to gather recommendation for specific HR programs; communicate policy changes, address queries within SLA.
