1. Should have Basic NW knowledge, CCNA preferred. (this is to help understand most action items during reviews and meetings for the individual to be self-sustainable)
2. Collate /consolidate relevant MI from stakeholders for review
3. Submit relevant MI to requests from stakeholders;
4. Coordinate team meetings and prepare minutes/action plans and ensure follow ups
5. Conduct reviews / initiate projects as per plans firmed up for the SBU
- Run program management office for multiple initiatives/projects
- Strong project management skills/prior experience
6. SPOC for all internal engagement charts and account MAP.
7. Create and own a roadmap for the account sustenance plan and own P&L charts along with GESBU head.
8. Co-ordinate all cross functional activities for GESBU and drive faster resolution for all business support activities
9. Prepare analysis of various SBUs and Functions (HR, Sales, Marketing etc.) and escalate issues needing immediate attention
10. Co-ordinate with senior management and update the BU Head of progress on projects
11. Decision Support BU Head
a. Provide the first-level of problem-solving on top of mind issues
b. Synthesize current status and prepare preliminary action steps in key areas of the business
c. Complete pre-work for meetings and set agendas for his interactions with internal and external personnel
d. Feasibility studies of new ideas and projects
12. Manage and support special initiatives
13. Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
