Title Project Manager with ERP/HIS Implementation –

Bangalore, India Job Description Key Responsibilities:-

- Help in designing, building and implementing PMOs for projects, programs and portfolios.

- Manage PMOs of various sizes, including remote or shared PMOs.

- Create Integrated Program Plans

- Develop/ Tailor Project Management Methodology as per client landscape

- Work with client stakeholders and vendors to assess Program/ Portfolio Risks

- Drive all Program/ Portfolio participants including Service Providers, business stakeholders, and program teams to ensure the strategic objectives of Program are met

- Lead PMO for large multi-site, multi-vendor, IT migration/ transformation programs.

- Work with Senior executives in client organization to define strategic objectives of transformation

- Manage organization change in client organizations

- Lead or manage Projects/ Programs as a PM when needed.

- Interact with business stakeholders, project teams, and multiple sourcing vendors to assess and control program/ portfolio status

- Lead Project Coordinator teams to ensure timely reporting, communications and escalations.

- Recommend and deliver project management methodology artifacts, as needed by clients.

- Deliver Program/ Portfolio dashboard reporting

- Travel to onsite locations to monitor project/ program progress.

- Help design and implement PMO tools in support of the PMO activities.

Educational Qualifications:-

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

- Previous Project Management / Program Management experience in IT package implementations erp HIS

- Extensive PMO experience

- Excellent Communication and Influencing skills

- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project (preferably server edition)

- A PMP or PRINCE2 certified candidate is preferred.

- Prior exposure to Sharepoint is also preferred
