Female candidates preferred  (1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas   Capacity & Resource planning, follow-up and reporting   - Collect and consolidate inputs/assumptions and construct the yearly budget working with Divisional VPOs in other Amadeus sites   - Monitor and track all budget evolutions   - Provide regular management reports and dashboards including revenue, cost, resource consumption figures   - Standardize budget/planning operations and dashboards across R&D centers of APAC region   - Create the Top 15 Project Dashboard for the Labs with appropriate health indicators and KPIs   - Establish a standard Project Monitoring process across Amadeus Labs   - Establish a standard Production Monitoring process for relevant activities across Amadeus Labs   Process & Performance improvement   - Map and formalize processes associated with particular objectives or activities.   - Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency.   - Identify/Propose best practices and process improvements, tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance   - Prepare and support division for internal and external quality audits   Management support   - Prepare presentations for division/labs management (DSM presentations, activity, key figures, project progress)   - Coordinate communication events and opportunities (newsletters, articles, staff briefings..) with the communications department   - Coordinate, track and monitor all employee connect programs (1-1s, Skip Levels, Focus Group sessions.) with the HR department   - Develop and maintain the training program for the division staff with the training department   Division specific and transversal projects   - Create a governance mechanism for the transversal projects and ensure compliance   - Represent the division and actively participate in transversal projects   Financial Monitoring   - Travel budget follow up at division level   - IT Capex follow up & help in preparation for Forecast/budget exercise by collecting inputs/requirements   - Facilitate and improve ABC time spent reporting (Monitoring time spent at division level/ adopting best practices)   - Resource monitoring at cost center level, to ensure alignment with Budget/Forecast   - Alignment of Actual versus Annual Budget and LTP (Long Term Plan) figures by making anticipated valuation before legal engagement of potential; expenses, assets, social costs and recruitment   Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and should be good at people management.   (2) Level of interaction - External & Internal   Onsite and Offshore   (3) Education and Years of Experience   MBA or Equivalent Master Degree
