Job brief:

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.

You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment and selection, performance management, employees motivation strategies, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Responsibilities

- Recruitment of senior talent for the organisation

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Manage the recruitment and selection process

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

- Initiating various employee -engagement activities, follow -up of appraisals of employees and maintenance of critical HR records / Master data of employees.

- Handling documentation of various audits and to create and maintain necessary HR Manual and policies and dissemination of those policies among employees.

- Close monitoring of performance of individual employees and redress their concerns

- Monitor maintenance of details for preparation of payroll.

- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.

- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Ensure legal compliance

- Monitor and ensure all admin related duties are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven working experience as HR manager for 5 years

- Management experience is a must.

- Prior experience in the Online/Internet industry is a plus

- People oriented and results driven

- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- MS degree in Human Resources or related field
